This site has been blocked as per instructions from Department of Telecom (DOT) .
So here we are share one easy trick to access blocked website by Department of telecom
Just Put https:// before website blocked
Example :- xyz.com (Wrong)
https://www.xyz.com (Correct)
Now you can access blocked website
